EXTENSION OF THE MUSEUM OF TECHNOLOGY AND COMMUNICATION IN SZCZECIN Date: 2017 Area: 850 m² Stage: construction Project: CH2 architects & NAAN architects The planned extension of the Museum of Technology and Communication in Szczecin includes the construction of a new connector, located in the museum courtyard, which will connect the right nave of the museum building with the historical tenement house located at the front, along Niemierzyńska Street. The project also includes the adaptation of the tenement house to the museum space. The new connector will become the main entrance to the museum, while the front tenement house, currently unused, will be included in the museum space. In addition to the exhibition spaces designated on the ground floor, on the upper floors there will be a place: library, reading room and workshop rooms. Implementation in progress – 2020-2021.
