Administration and office building constituting the headquarters of TBS Prawobrzeże
at ul. Grape Grape In Szczecin.
The design of the building was selected in an open architectural competition in December 2010. The three-storey office building was located parallel to Grape Street, at the back of the building there is a parking lot serving the clients of the institution. A two-storey entrance hall with entrances on both sides of the building is located in the middle of the property. The building was designed with a simple form broken by the variation in height and the shady rhythm of the windows. From the busy side of ul. The hangar on the building was designed logos that are part of the identification of the investor. The building in a dark color contrasted with the white fragments of the façade.
